We’re celebrating 10 years of doing what we love: building custom software and solving real-world challenges with our clients. Over the past decade, we’ve completed more than 200 projects, tackled countless tough problems, and grown alongside our partners. From our early days to working with businesses worldwide, this journey has been all about collaboration and progress.
Today, our expertise powers top global businesses, fuels the growth of multi-million-dollar startups, and supports products that reach millions of users worldwide.
Curious about how we got here? Let’s dive into some highlights from the last 10 years.
Great things happen when clients stick with you for the long haul. Here’s a look at two of our long-term collaborations that grew alongside us.
UDK Weboffice was our very first client. Back in 2014, we helped them build software for managing orders and logistics. Fast forward to today, and we’re working together again — now on bigger projects with more complex needs. As UDK expanded their operations, we evolved too, bringing stronger development practices and deeper expertise to the table. It’s a collaboration built on trust, shared growth, and a vision for the future.
Heads Up Health joined us in 2019 to develop a health dashboard app. They came back in 2022, during some of the hardest moments for Ukraine, to expand the platform development team and strengthen quality assurance. Since then, they’ve raised over $10 million and scaled their business. We continue to collaborate on a product that now serves over 50,000 users worldwide.
Working with great clients keeps us sharp and focused on building solutions that actually work for millions of their loyal customers. Over the years, we’ve partnered with both well-known brands and ambitious startups to tackle all kinds of challenges. Here’s a closer look at some projects we’ve been proud to be part of:
For Johnson & Johnson, we designed a solution that helps healthcare professionals access key medical information and tools with ease. Being trusted by a global leader in healthcare was a big moment for us, and it reinforced the importance of building systems that are simple and reliable.
If you’re into geocaching, you’ll know it’s a global outdoor game that’s been captivating millions of adventurers for 24 years. We helped Geocaching create Lilypad, a chat app for their community. It lets adventurers organize events, share tips, and stay connected on their journeys. Now millions of users have a way to connect while they hunt for their next treasure.
Eventbrite wanted an easy way for organizers to schedule posts without the hassle. We stepped in to build an auto-publish extension that helps posts go live exactly when they’re needed. It’s a small but meaningful solution that saves time and helps planners focus on what matters — their events.
Attention Experts, a leading social media marketing agency in Australia, came to us for a custom solution. They needed a platform to manage campaigns, analytics, and content approvals more efficiently. We built a tool that simplifies every process, so their team can spend less time on admin and more time creating great campaigns.
These projects show what we love about our work: solving real problems and working alongside clients who care about getting it right.
When we started in 2014, we were a small team taking on small projects. By 2018, we were building full products with budgets starting at $25,000. By 2020, that number doubled as we tackled more complex challenges. Today, some of our projects have budgets exceeding $1 million.
But it’s not just about the numbers. It’s about creating software that stands the test of time — solutions that grow with our clients’ needs.
Helping others has always been part of what we do. Even before the full-scale war, we organized charity events, collected clothes, and provided equipment to those in need.
When the full-scale war began, we knew we had to do more. In 2024, we donated $21,000 to support those affected. Our team also stepped up, contributing their time and resources to make an even greater impact.
We continue to organize events, raise funds, and help where we can. For us, charity is about standing together and offering support when it’s needed most. It’s a small way we can make a difference in challenging times.
We are passionate about working on projects that have a real-world impact. Here are two of most impactful collaborations:
Since partnering with Rainforest Connection, we've contributed to the development of a solution that combines IoT and machine learning to protect rainforests. We’ve worked on a tool that visualizes audio data to track animal populations and prevent deforestation. This system has already made a difference, helping to catch illegal loggers and monitor wildlife in real time. Plus, the project has even been funded by Google!
We’ve been collaborating with the Orthodox Union since 2019. They’re one of the largest Orthodox Jewish organizations in the U.S., providing support to Jewish communities worldwide. Over the past six years, we’ve worked together on 15 projects, focusing on practical solutions that help OU run smoothly.
While headquartered in Dnipro, Ukraine, we adopted the distributed team model in 2014 — long before it became a global trend.
Our team members, spread across various cities and countries, bring unique expertise and perspectives to every project. By using modern collaboration tools, we’ve been seamlessly working together across borders for years. This approach not only helps us deliver the expected results but also allows adapting to our clients’ diverse needs with flexibility and efficiency.
When we started out, the tech world was all about traditional software and the rise of mobile apps. Our focus back then was building reliable web apps with tools like JavaScript and its early frameworks — our go-to stack for getting things done.
Today, things have shifted. SaaS platforms, data visualization, and AI integration are now at the forefront, and we’ve evolved to keep pace. Over the years, we’ve built more than 25 SaaS products (with 5 more in progress). Now, many of our projects focus on helping businesses structure and visualize data, turning complex information into actionable insights.
When we first started, our projects were small and often local. Many came from platforms like Upwork or Sortlist, where businesses needed quick development solutions. Back then, our focus was on outstaffing and dedicated development teams. We handled the coding, often as part of a larger team, with limited input in the bigger picture.
Today, things look a lot different. We’ve grown into a team that takes on full-cycle product development — from the discovery phase to post-launch improvements. Instead of handling one-off tasks, we collaborate with SMBs and startups to bring their ideas to life and help them grow.
We’ve expanded our team with QA specialists and business analysts, ensuring every project is polished. This shift from local gigs to global partnerships reflects how far we’ve come.
When we started out, we were focused on getting the job done, and it didn’t go unnoticed. In 2017, we won our first award — Best Upwork Agency in Dnipro. It was a small but significant milestone that set the stage for the future. We didn’t stop there, earning the same recognition in 2018 and 2019. It was a great feeling to know that we were making a real impact even in the early days.
As we grew and expanded, so did our recognition. In 2018, we were named among TOP Developers in Ukraine by Clutch. From there, the awards kept rolling in:
These milestones aren’t just about recognition. They show the trust we’ve earned by creating products that solve real problems. Each happy client is a reminder of the impact we make by delivering software that works.
When the pandemic hit, we didn’t know what to expect. But our remote work setup was already in place, so shifting to fully working from home was seamless. It wasn’t easy, but we adapted, kept projects moving, and supported each other along the way.
Then came February 24, 2022 — the day Russia launched a full-scale war against our country. It changed everything. Our first priority was keeping our team safe while staying true to our commitments. We also stepped up to support the Ukrainian army, doing what we could to help.
Despite power outages and blackouts, we never stopped. Many team members relocated across Ukraine and abroad, ensuring work continued even when some faced critical situations. We also made our office energy-independent and equipped everyone with the devices needed to stay connected, no matter what.
Today, the war still rages on, but so do we — growing, creating, and building, just like we always have.
Our story is still unfolding, and there’s so much more to build and achieve. Whether you’re launching your first idea or expanding an established vision, we’re here to be your partner in growth. Let’s create solutions that not only work today but shape the future. The next chapter? It’s yours to write — and we’d love to help.
