You leave a request. What happens next?

For many companies, this stage is a black box. We’d rather keep it transparent. Here’s how our presale process works, step by step.

Full data confidentiality
No two requests are the same. We’ll match you with a teammate who understands your industry and challenges. They’ll dig into the information you’ve shared, ask clarifying questions if needed, and then suggest a few time slots for a discovery call.

“When it comes to ensuring confidentiality, we’re flexible in our approach. We can sign an NDA at any stage of the presale process: before the very first call, right before development starts — whatever feels right for you. Even if you don’t ask for it, an NDA is built into our contract, so your data stays protected no matter what.”

Discovery call & alignment

A discovery call usually lasts 30–60 minutes. The goal is simple: to see if we’re the right match to meet your specific needs.

To figure that out, we’ll ask about your business goals, current challenges, budget expectations, timelines, and target users. This helps us understand the full picture, not just the features you have in mind.

It’s common that one call isn’t enough to clarify all details. If needed, we’ll schedule follow-up conversations to discuss remaining points. For some calls, we’ll bring in a business analyst and a system architect to make sure the technical side is covered from the start.

That extra effort early on saves a lot of back-and-forth later during scoping and estimating.

What we’ll talk about on the first call

🎯
Business goals
What do you want to achieve with your product?
📌
Current challenges
What are the pain points, blockers, or gaps in your current workflow?
👩🏼‍💻
Target users
Who will use your product, and how?
🧭
Priorities
Which features or outcomes matter most right now?
🗓️
Timeline expectations
When do you want the first version or milestones to be delivered?
💸
Budget frame
What budget are you planning for this project?
💻
Tech context
What are your existing systems, integrations, or must-have technologies (if any)?
🤝
Cooperation model
Are you looking for a dedicated team, MVP development team, or long-term partner?

Once we know the details of your project, we are ready to share insights. But we won’t give you a lecture about the 200+ projects in our portfolio. Instead, we will tell you about similar challenges we’ve already solved.

If we’ve seen a shortcut or an approach that could work for you, we’ll share it right away. By the end of the call, you’ll know whether we’re the right partner and what the next steps will look like if you choose to work with us.

What’s next?
The proposal is where vague talk ends. You get a structured roadmap showing how we can bring your product to life, with a scope, timeline, approach, and clear numbers. But getting a proposal from us doesn’t create any obligations on your side. You’re free to compare, reflect, and decide at your own pace. If the timing isn’t right, no problem. If it is, we can move forward immediately.

“The moment you approve the proposal, we start preparing for kick-off. It usually takes up to two weeks: we pull your team together, conclude the legal formalities, and process the prepayment. That way, when the kick-off day comes, nothing stands in the way of development.”
